WATCH AND DONATE! ENGLISH VERSION COMING SOON.
At Jazz Latino Inc., we envision a world where music brings people together. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. Our work is done by volunteers. No money from donations will go to staff or administrative costs. All the money will be used to cover the costs of the project.
Music is what the artists do for a living so they have to be compensated. The costs involve arrangements, rehearsals, recording, mastering, and mixing, graphic design, royalties, uploading the music to all digital platforms, and manufacturing of CDs.
After you donate, we will provide you with updates on the progress of the project and upon completion you will receive three copies of the CD if you so desire them. You will also receive invitations for two for any one presentation that is held in your area. Thank you so much for your support!
Ernesto Lecuona y Casado (August 6, 1895 – November 29, 1963) was a Cuban composer and pianist of worldwide fame. He composed over six hundred pieces, mostly in the Cuban vein, and was a pianist of exceptional skill. Our project highlights his blend of Spanish, African, and Creole elements that define Cuban music.
