Gala Concert: Olas y arenas

Come join us on SATURDAY FEBRUARY 4, 2023, at 7 pm at the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music where Pepe Rivero and Ángela Cervantes will play and sing the Sylvia Rexach songs featured in the Jazz/Latino 2022 CD "Olas y Arenas." Pepe and Ángela will be backed by the Conservatory's Experimental Jazz Trio featuring Fidel Morales, drums; Norberto Ortíz, sax; and Gabriel Rodríguez, bass.
The concert is the capstone to the Conservatory's 8th Symposium on Musical Explorations which is dedicated to the work of renowned Puerto Rican composer Sylvia Rexach in her centennary.
